Aldo Domani writing instruments are guaranteed against mechanical failure due to faulty materials or workmanship throughout the life of the original owner. Aldo Domani will repair or replace, at our option, any product that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship when it is properly returned to the Aldo Domani repair department. Any product that is no longer in production, and cannot be repaired, will be replaced with a comparable Aldo Domani product of our choice. This warranty does not apply to products (including nibs) which have been lost, altered, broken or damaged by misuse, accident, failure to follow instructions, or improper service or repair by any other than the Aldo Domani repair department. This warranty does not cover normal wear including scratches, used fountain pen nibs, and refills of any kind. For this warranty to apply, purchase must have been made from an authorized dealer and you must have the proof of purchase and/or properly registered your product with Aldo Domani. Only authentic Aldo Domani products will be warranted.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS
This warranty will be honored only if product registration is completed within 14 days of purchase by either: (1) mail in the registration form with your dated receipt or (2) register on-line at www.Aldo Domani.com. This warranty is void if this writing instrument was subject to alteration, abuse or negligence. If service is needed, send your pen to our customer service center. Please enclose $5.00 to cover shipping and handling.
