the bible itself where history was first recorded with the written

country that was founded as the homeland for one people who
share a sole common bond. On May 14th 1948 the Nation of Israel
was proclaimed, today, 50 years later, Israel is not just strong,
it is the most advanced country in the middle east.
Delta, "artigianni della scrittura", (artisan of scripture),,
was inspired to create a very special limited edition, the Israel
50, in tribute it will remain as a lasting symbol of this very
important event. The old world Artisans at Delta have conceived
a pen of unmatched beauty and styling. Inspired by the dramatic
colors of the Israeli flag, brilliant royal blue complemented
by classic pearl. This commemorative series is truly symbolic
of Israel, strong, proud and independent.
The body is hand-crafted and turned from a special pearled resin.
It is individually engraved with Delta's trademark and limited
edition progressive numbering. The cap is hand turned from a
special blue resin and has a sterling silver logo on top. |

Each pen is a work art with the unmatched attention to detail
that can only come from a product that is made one at a time,
by hand, the old-world way. The 18Kt (750 0/00 solid gold)
nib has a platinum mask with a XVI century Celtic decor and
is inscribed with the word millennium. It is customized, flexible
and available in EF, F, M ,B, and OB. The ink feeder is ebonite.
The silver plated clip is equipped with a small rolling wheel
to facilitate sliding in and out of the breast pocket. The
central ring is hand-carved in sterling silver, and is engraved
with the word Israeli 50, an olive branch representing peace
and the Star of David.
This special writing instrument is limited in its production
to only 1948 precious pieces, representing the year Israel
regained its independence. The numbers 1-500 in both the fountain
and ballpoint pens are available only as 2 piece sets.
